Refund Policy: If any item is defective we will be happy to replace it upon receipt of the defective item. Simply post it back to us at the address at the top of the page, and we will send a replacement item free of charge and without shipping cost. If you aren't pleased with your purchases here at Fairbanks Flags, please call or email us and we will be happy to work out a solution. You must contact us within three days of receiving your goods, and except in cases of defective items, goods must be returned promptly in saleable, new condition.
